@Visa needs to go back to the drawing board on how and who they do business with. Unfortunately, we've learned the hard way not to depend on any benefits promised by VISA especially if administered via @AllianzAssistUS.
My husband has been playing cat & mouse for months trying to receive reimbursement for a claim from @AllianzAssistUS partnered w/ @Visa. Now we're stranded due to counting on funds promised to be dispersed on 17 Oct. 6 days later no funds and a lot of headache and anxiety.
Never ever do business with or depend on any @Visa benefit services administered by @AllianzAssistUS AGA Service Company!!! They are worse than Joanne the Scammer. I'm surprised a company as established as VISA would partner with such people.
#Travelers & #Wanderluster beware! Book directly with Airlines never w/ @vayama ! Even if you see they have a cheaper fare, don’t do it! It’s not worth the headache 🤕 #itsnotworthit
@emirates U May want to think 2x about letting @vayama book travel 4 ur company. We called to canx only my daughter’s ticket due to her passport issue & they canx MY TICKET TOO! Everyone B careful don’t EVER book w/ @vayama! Not to mention 60 days to return money from canx!
@emirates takes 15 business days to refund for cancellation but @vayama takes 45 to 60 days!! #Unbelievable And we are trying to resolve issue they caused and the supervisor hung up the line! Worst #customerservice EVER!
@vayama VUS-3768170. We’re having delays with passports and need to rebook our 15 day trip for a date starting after 1 Aug to have enough time to fix passport issue.
@vayama It would be nice if we will even be able to make our flight on @emirates we booked for this summer but we keep getting bounced back and forth b/n Emirates and Vayama when trying to make a change. This may be sign not to book through travel agent but directly w/ airline next time.
@united Speed up by checking in carry on bags!? My family & I intentionally traveled with carryons to avoid checking/lost bags. This is ridiculous!
