I'm very excited about this new line of inquiry: the early formation of anti-cancer committees around Australia in the 1920s and -30s. It is an important yet near-completely untouched area of Australian history and potentially important to our view of cancer control today.

Anthony Jenkins is a PhD candidate at @unimelb. His thesis will investigate anti-cancer advocacy and cancer cultures and will provide an invaluable contribution to the project's research
