I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting an NFT collection to be the thing that got me curious about Cashmere Labs.

But after looking into the project, the bigger picture started making a lot more sense.

@cashmerelabs is building infrastructure around stablecoins and cross-chain liquidity, with the goal of making it much easier to move value between different chains without all the usual friction.

Basically, they’re trying to make the complicated stuff happening behind the scenes feel much simpler for users.

And now there’s Goat Street.

A 6,666-piece NFT collection coming to Robinhood Chain, with a free mint.

What I like about this is that it doesn’t feel like Cashmere randomly decided to launch an NFT collection just because NFTs are trending.

It feels more like they’re giving the people around the ecosystem an identity and a way to become part of the community.

I’m usually more interested in the team and the product behind an NFT than the NFT itself, so Cashmere definitely has my attention here.

Curious to see what Goat Street becomes once the community starts taking shape.

Been looking into what @CashmereLabs is building, and honestly, there’s more here than just another NFT launch 👀

Cashmere is building an Autonomous Monetary Infrastructure designed to make stablecoins work more seamlessly across chains — with native transfers, privacy, automated yield and fiat on/off ramps all working together.

One thing that stood out to me is their approach to cross-chain transfers.

Using Circle’s CCTP and native USDC, Cashmere connects ecosystems like Ethereum, Solana, Sui, Aptos and Base without relying on wrapped assets or traditional bridge custody.

That’s the infrastructure side.

Then there’s Goat Street 🐐

6,666 goats.
Free mint.
Robinhood Chain.
August 28.

At first glance, it’s a collection of stylish pixel goats built around trading and broker culture.

But I think the more interesting part is what it represents: a way for the community to interact with the ecosystem Cashmere has been building, rather than the NFT simply existing on its own.

The teaser says it best:

ACCESS DENIED.
they climb anyway.”

That whole mentality fits the collection perfectly.

The mint will have GTD, WL FCFS and a short public window, with priority also given to Cashmere users and previous NFT stakers.

No promises of a future $CSM airdrop or guaranteed rewards — just an interesting ecosystem and an NFT tied closely to its community.

I’ll definitely be watching Goat Street after the August 28 mint.
