With its hilarious name, magic moves and rousing chant, the “bear shake” has taken the world by storm. But where did it come from?
不是什么潮流热舞，没有什么刻意营销，这段“狗熊哆嗦毛”视频其实出自《山东秧歌舞蹈（基础）训练教材》。对，你没有听错，是训练教材。教什么的？鼓子秧歌！“狗熊哆嗦毛”是山东鼓子秧歌的经典基础动律之一。
It's not a trendy dance craze, nor a carefully orchestrated marketing stunt. This viral "bear shake" video actually comes from a training textbook titled Shandong Yangko Dance (Basic) Training Manual. Yes, you heard that right. A training textbook. So, what does it teach? Drum Yangko Dance! "Bear shake" is one of the classic basic movement patterns of Shandong Drum Yangko Dance.

The 2026 Nishan Forum on World Civilizations opened on the afternoon of September 28 in Qufu, Shandong. In an interview with reporter from the Shandong International Communication Center, Ekaterina Kaligaeva, a Belarusian host, said that after living in China for many years, she had truly come to understand filial piety.
