I have replied to you but once again shocking response from your customer service side. There was BLOOD and STAINS and HAIR all over our room and all I am being told is that I should have checked reviews and the hotel description well nothing was mentioned about there being blood

@LewisCapaldi just watched your documentary. Well done for creating awareness and for getting the help needed. Looking forward to seeing you in Chepstow this year ! Credit to you 🤘🏼

@bookingcom customer service is shocking. Booked a hotel, couldn’t even stay the night because of the state of it - there was blood on the furniture in the room, hair and stains on the bed - when I raised this to customer service they said I should have checked the reviews- joke

[Candice Maxwell @CandiceM1]

@bookingcom absolutely shocking customer service so far.
I have emailed, messaged in the app, called customer service, emailed operations officers and the CEO but still no response. Customer service is clearly not their concern.
