A report by the United Nations Children's Fund reveals that Israel has killed and injured an average of 11 children every 24 hours over the past week in Lebanon.

Beyond the immediate physical toll, an estimated 770,000 children are experiencing severe distress from repeated exposure to Israeli attacks, loss of family and friends, and forced displacement.

UNICEF has previously reported that both children and caregivers across the country accounted symptoms linked to traumatic stress and grief, including extreme fear, nightmares, sleeplessness, and hopelessness. Human rights agencies warn that without immediate psychosocial support in secure settings, an entire generation is at risk of developing chronic or lifelong mental health issues.
