Its a shame Cardiff didnt build taller tenement style buildings like those in Glasgow.
Most in Cardiff are 2 storeys, so anything above that is seen as too dense, not appropriate & not inkeeping.
4+ storey "tall" buildings aren't a problem. Its they're often bad/cheaply designed.
