@virginmedia I done the first stage online. Today called to give landlord details etc. Felt like i was talking to myself. I put the phone down. I will not be choosing virgin. Your customer services are poor.

@virginmedia tried to give simple details to get broadband fitted. They couldnt even understand me. Where are they taking the calls from?

#TSB i logged into internet banking this morning. I thought my rent hadnt been paid. Logged in an 1 hr later and all is ok as payments had magically appeared. I thought i was getting evicted but now im not.

#TSB after changing all my login details i managed to log into internet banking. couldnt go into any accounts tho. Could only see my account balances ☹.

@MoneySavingExp Still no internet banking for me. Cant withdraw cash from tsb cashpoint as saying unavailable or wrong pin, but could from another bank. Atleast i have some cash 😀

@TSB @PaulPester Whats going on. Still no internet banking. I couldnt withdraw cash from my local tsb cashpoint yesterday as saying wrong pin number or unavailable! Very embarassing for me. I dont even know if card my payments have gone through.
