@Pepperfry The most disappointing is that the case manager is out of reach, and does not reply to any of our mails. He also does not give us any updates, and we have to constantly follow-up with him. Even then he does not get back to us.

@Pepperfry Really terrible service! We received a bed with multiple parts missing. Even after raising many requests across all customer service forums, there has been no resolution, and no one is willing to take accountability or get involved in discussion. (1/2)

This issue can escalate and cause serious damage.
If this isnt resolved, we’ll be left with no choice but to pursue legal action.

@Pepperfry What is the point of your customer service? You keep talking about "resolving" the issue, but then do absolutely nothing.
We have already had to return the bed, and we've also got a termite infestation in our TV unit.

1. Bed came with many parts missing. Finally had to return it.
2. TV Unit had unstable legs + possible termite infestation.
3. Coffee table had unstable legs + bubble wrap imprint on the wood (improper polishing).
4. Don't know when the sofa will come.
