@dmuthuk Spot on. But the reality today is: if you stand your ground, you don't have to pay a single rupee. Digitalization (like the mPassport app) means officers must upload geo-tagged reports and cannot reject a file without solid, auditable reasons.

The fix?

1. Fast-track property acquisition funds to force the 5-foot widening setback.

2. Install rigid central dividers to stop wrong-side driving.

3. Make a flyover over it.
