This has been quite a week for Nevada, between groundbreaking injunctive relief to start protecting our kids from defective social media platforms and the first appeals court decision supporting a state’s right to regulate gaming. Proud of all in the Office for the hard work!

Today, Attorney General Ford announced a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling affirming that Nevada’s gaming laws apply to sports-event contracts offered by Kalshi, https://t.co/oFqelT5na8 and Robinhood. The court unanimously rejected Kalshi’s challenge to Nevada’s authority.

The President’s Executive Order on elections is illegal. The Constitution makes it clear: states run elections. The President's spent years attempting to manufacture a crisis around mail voting when there is none.

Today, Nevada Attorney General Aaron D. Ford announced he co-led a coalition of 37 states and D.C. in filing an amicus brief with the Fourth Circuit defending states’ long-standing authority to regulate sports betting within their borders.

- The plot to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer
- The Storming of the Capitol and pipe bombs left at the RNC and DNC
- The break-in to kidnap Nancy Pelosi and the brutal on Paul Pelosi
- Multiple assassination attempts against Trump
- The assassination of Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband and the shooting of on State Senator John Hoffman and his wife
- Luigi Mangione's assassination of Brian Thompson
- The assassination of Charlie Kirk

Political violence is contagious. It is spreading. It is not confined to one side or belief system. It should terrify us all.

The foundation of a free society is the ability to participate in it without fear of violence. Political violence is always an attack against us all. You have to be so blind not to see that.
