Imagine my surprise when @Target and @Starbucks both leave me in the lurch. Out $50 and 1.5 hours wasted on the phone to have each say it's the others problem my gift card don't work. Buyer beware bc there is certainly no accountability.

@Target @Starbucks purchased a starbucks gift card at target, why does it not work? Barista says there is no money on card but I have receipt saying activation successfull. When I check balance of card online I get error saying "something went wrong" been on hold for 10mins now
