I am pleased to announce that the Canadian Longevity Association has won its first ever grant via the Canada Summer Jobs Program!
The Canada Summer Jobs program provides funding for non-profits to hire youths over the summer.
We applied for three positions: web-development, marketing and IT specialist, and were successful with the IT specialist role. The grant allowed us to hire a youth for eight weeks.
Our long time volunteer, Ihsan Rashed, was the youth who was hired by us and today was
