@elonmusk As a citizen of the US it would be great to dedicate some of the excess government resources to provide US citizens with an itemized explanation of where their tax dollars went. Sure they went to taxes but SHOW ME HOW THEY WERE SPENT. If the government doesn’t have a budget

This is a hand up, not hand out which could easily fill the void people are concerned with the deportation of immigrants. If earnings are not enough to cover housing etc it could be subsidized at a lower level than what taxpayers are currently paying.

It should obviously come with conditions that assistance would end if not accepted, end if can’t maintain employment, end if not capable of passing routine drug testing.

If there were an agency that had a list of homeless, veterans, or people on government assistance that could readily fill said vacated positions it could be a path to get off of government assistance.
