MP for Clacton @Nigel_Farage is paid £93,904 a year to represent Clacton.
If he wants to play American politics he should resign and do it in his own time, and not leave Clacton unrepresented in parliament.
RT if you agree.
The UK and its companies, universities, schools, and even courts don't care about disabilities. They regularly violate the Equality Act 2010 with no recourse for victims.
It's evidence to appeal my strikeout. It feels like he's using this as an opportunity to try to reinforce that I should be struck out. And I'm so fucking tired of being intimidated by posh men, after spending years being fucked up by the uni. 4
After the Courts made a huge error to my detriment (last post), I appealed it. I also moved and gave my new address. They didn't update my address and closed that email address, so the only inkling I had of progress came from the uni solicitor, who has been a nightmare. 1/4
I reviewed the bundle and was very polite to him. I told him that I would want to submit things in my favour, but he told me if it was anything his client hadn't already seen, they would ask for it to be thrown out. Of course his client wouldn't see it. 3/4
The UK courts are a joke at this point. My lawyer (who I fired for failure to progress) had submitted an application for an extension to serve in late Dec 2022. In early Jan 2023, the courts said that it was oversized and asked her to resubmit it. She did.

So usually a claim can be struck out because someone waited too long and it's causing prejudice to the defendant. But at this point the courts have actually prejudiced both of us for over a year. I feel so sick.
