The last act of King Kong where he gets chained up and then shot on the empire state building has got to be the saddest film I've watched.
I guess I'm a sensitive young chud after all
@thegreatdane269 I think it may have something to do with instagram showing your real name and face when you comment or like, and all your friends then seeing this. I think people prefer to be seen hating something that is not "normal" than liking it
@Zmei_Hhsss Yup, lots of Ys and Ls. To be honest I assumed it was a semi dead language like Gaelic, but everyone I met spoke it as default (though effortlessly switched to English).
That mountain has come the closest of anything to killing me, sending me to the hospital with heatstroke, but it wasn't enough to put me down and I made it to the top.
@thegreatdane269 It's true, everytime I mentioned a girl I was talking to to anyone, even if I didn't mention a name, things immediately fizzled out. When I became interested in my current girlfriend I made sure to not mention anything of her to anyone at all, we have been together 2 years now
@Zmei_Hhsss I've only read the first two so far but I enjoy them more than the films. You can usually pick them up pretty cheap in a second hand book shop, they're very interesting and not too long
