@ChrisTwiggsPM Curious: why did you switch from buildium to AF?

[charlie ansanelli @Cansanelli]

Mark my words: In 3 years agents will be how the majority interact with the internet.

We won’t go to a website or even use the SaaS product ourselves. It will all be via our agent of choice.

Just way more efficient.

Once you see where the puck is heading you can’t unsee it.

It begs the question: How overpriced is saas?

It’s not overpriced bc “ai can make a clone of it cheaper”. It’s overpriced bc we no longer need to pay for all their features- they no longer carry value like they used to.

All we need now is a source or truth/source of record.

The agent will use the data and create the reports and the automations etc.

🤖 🤔

$AMZN is fumbling this so hard right now.

In 3 years from now- agents will be how the majority will interact with the internet.

amazon is blocking grok @bots from ordering, and elon's answer is just have your bot buy it somewhere else.

one of my grok bots only handles my amazon returns, so i'm watching this one closely.

would you switch stores for your bot? 🛒

Elon, i think its time for an X Shop? 👀

[charlie ansanelli @Cansanelli]

Currently I have a good bookkeeper from the Philippines. She’s been with us for years and I don’t have any intention of letting her go.

But as an AI enthusiast, I am having my Grok @bot run the books separately for the next three months to compare the results.

If the GrokBot can do this, I’ll have to find another role for my employee.

Mustard is the most underrated condiment.

@CaseyMericle Check out what I built: https://t.co/dEjaCKbKFm . We source brokers sites and listing sites (like crexi) and match it to your unique buy box.

@salesprocapital This is rage bait, right?

[charlie ansanelli @Cansanelli]

@robbiehendricks 40k for how many months though? Could be a short term 40k for long term brand damage.

I get it though. It’s tough for influencers to monetize meaningfully.

One of my favorite things to do when I travel abroad is to haggle with the locals over services and products simply for the love of the game.

Then, when it’s all said and done and a price has been reached, I overpay them.

They’re never not totally confused.

@ThinkAppraiser I want to always have good debt. Mid to low leverage. I don’t see why I wouldn’t .

[charlie ansanelli @Cansanelli]

@Dirtdog Two flailing brands too. Very confusing.

[charlie ansanelli @Cansanelli]

@DouglasDowellJD @AaronAZucker @YonahWeiss I second. Been working with @YonahWeiss for a decade.

[charlie ansanelli @Cansanelli]

@CaseyMericle I prefer debt brokers. Only go direct to lenders if the deal is small.

Hello world.

[charlie ansanelli @Cansanelli]

@Storage_Venture Yes. They make great family pets.

@JakehellerPD Hey! I made this. It's free (for now, maybe forever, unsure rn). Just launched it a few days ago. ---> https://t.co/dEjaCKbKFm
