grok bot continues to amaze me every day
today, it found a better deal for a flight I had booked, called the airline to change the date, negotiated to drop flight change fees.
bot then noticed my new flight date conflicts with a dentist appointment I had on my calendar, called the dentist, rescheduled the appointment to a new date that didn't conflict with my trip, and finally updated my calendar automatically.
doing this would have cost me 1 hour+ of waiting on hold and being passed around between customer service representatives..
to say grok bot has simplified my life is a huge understatement. it's having the most efficient team working for you 24/7 for only $60 a month!
p.s this is my team below, and yes Maple is based off my dog ๐ถ
Iโve left Anthropic after more than a year of working on Claude Code and seeing it scale larger than I ever imagined.
I have really loved working at Ant and believe deeply in the mission, and most of all, the idea of a race to the top.
The idea that if we work hard and responsibly, we can raise the bar and inspire others to great outcomes. And if we all push each other to be better, things can be radically good. I will carry the spirit of this with me forever.
My colleagues at Anthropic are the most talented, thoughtful, competent, and earnest people I have ever met. I am glad they are at the wheel and trust them deeply.
To the community on X, thank you for everything. Youโve made this the most fun (and sometimes stressful) job Iโve ever had.
For me, it is time for a bit of a break before diving into something new.
If you want more excellent Claude Code content, you should follow @addyosmani , @lydiahallie, @_catwu, @ClaudeDevs and of course @bcherny who started it all.
agents writing ios code was never the hard part. checking it in the simulator was, and that part has always been on me.
if cursor can tap through the app and test its own feature, that loop finally closes ๐ฅ
canโt wait to drive this through grok bot ๐ค
