#Colombo air quality today marks 'unhealthy" for sensitive types. PM concentration in air is. 7.9 x higher than the recommended levels by the WHO as #Delhi marks 64.4 x PM concentration with "hazardous" levels. Countries must be held accountable for transboundary emissions.

Instead, the focus should be on rich countries paying for their pollution through #DebtCancellation and other methods allowing developing countries to take self-determined just & equitable actions.
