Good afternoon @AmazonKDP. I appreciate what you do. I was left by the previous thread with the impression that your replies were likely automated, so I am tagging you again in the hopes of bumping this for human attention.
I believe my @AmazonKDP author account has been terminated in error, and so far every attempt I’ve made to contact you about it has been met with an automated response. Please let me know what steps I can take to have my account reinstated,
@AmazonKDP Thanks for the reply. I have replied and will continue to reply to the email I received until I receive a response. I’m a little disheartened that this, also, seems likely to be automated. Alas! But I’ll keep contacting you in the hopes of breaking through.
Long time, no tweet. Back to tell you a story of an indie author’s worst nightmare: last week I got an email from @AmazonKDP that my preorder title was being canceled. Then, same day, another email: my KDP account has been terminated. Here’s the language from the emails.
If there is anything I can do to have my account reinstated—if this has been some automated mistake, or if there is grace for any mistake on my end—please, please let me know. I have hoped to publish on your platform for years to come. Thank you @AmazonKDP. You’re my only hope.
In a couple years, the bestselling (traditionally published) novels will see a return to sweeping, epic tales of fantasy, sci-fi, coming of age, historical, etc. with big word counts. Readers will crave longer, more immersive books that provide real escape.
Bet on it.
Today's 5 Star⭐️Review of AMERICAN REBIRTH:
"Couldn't stop 'til I finished all three books. Great ending. Hoping for a sequel but that would interrupt such a happy outcome."
... And in other news, I'm selling A LOT of books right now. 😁
