@siegbert_nagl @JoanaCotar Das ganze hin und her ist wohl kaum sinnvoll. Egal was genau jetzt sein Ziel ist, irgendwann sollte er sich mal entscheiden, was er will und wie er es erreichen will. Ansonsten ist es schlicht und einfach unmöglich, Chancen & Risiken vernünftig abzuwägen.

Trump setzt Zölle ein - "Das ist sein Plan! Er holt die Jobs und die Wirtschaft nach Amerika zurück! Zölle sind eine tolle Idee!"

Trump setzt Zölle für manche Länder aus - "Das ist sein Plan, er will einfach Fairness und verhandeln! Er will die Zölle eigentlich gar nicht wirklich!"

Trump will Zölle wieder einsetzen - "Das ist sein Plan, er will das Handelsdefizit verringern! Gut so!"

Trump setzt viel höhere und mehr Zölle ein als gedacht: "Das ist sein Plan, er will reziproke Zölle! Nur fair sowas!" "Das ist sein Plan, er will die Staatsanleihen zu einem besseren Zinssatz refinanzieren!"

Trump setzt Zölle wieder aus "Das war von Anfang an sein Plan, jetzt wollen alle verhandeln! Art of the deal. Freihandel ist das Ziel!"

Ich muss zugeben ich bin amüsiert, wieviele hier ganz genau wissen, was Trumps Pläne sind und für alles sofort eine Erklärung haben, auch wenn sie der vorherigen widerspricht. Aber so ist eben das Internet. 😁

@vollgod @jaegerthomas2 Du hast also keine Ahnung, wie es mit den Zöllen weitergehen wird. Genauso wie sonst keiner irgendeine Ahnung hat, inkl. der MAGA Leute. Wahrscheinlich hat nicht mal Trump selbst einen Plan, wie es weitergehen wird.
Erkennst du langsam das Problem?

@SanctumArcana @jumpjim It's the same. Trumps wants to force US companies to produce in the USA except they don't want ro do it because it's mot profitable for them. That's exactly what plan economics is.

But you americans truely have a US-centric view on the things, obviously you don't ever inform yourself what happens in the world outside of the USA.

@Rechtroniker @SBetschinger Nicht unbedingt in einer Wirtschaftskrise. Wenn du nicht gerade Beamter bist, bist du als Mechatroniker darauf angewiesen, dass es der Wirtschaft insgesamt gut geht. Irgendwer muss dich bzw. deinen Arbeitgeber schließlich bezahlen.

@SanctumArcana @jumpjim It's exactly what communist countries like the USSR or Eastern Germany tried. They tried to stear the whole economy by politicians and functionaries and "surprisingly" that didn't work out well.

@SanctumArcana @jumpjim If this would be the case, you would already invented a way to achieve this. Globalisation of production is "only" a thing because it is the most efficient way. The market has sorted that out. If politicians try to change the whole base of a economy, that can only fail.

The only reason to build new factories there would be that companies expect permanent tariffs on imports in the USA, making imports more expansive then producing it directly in the USA.
