After I made the train booking - I find that the hotel booking had to be in London?? This was not made clear. I have a booking within the period of the train ticket but location is elsewhere (which I assumed was permitted) as it wasn’t clearly where the hotel location had to be!
@Trip Really disappointed that your £7 cashback conditions were hidden from view. Claimed that I could benefit from £7 cashback if I booked a train ticket, then a hotel booking. Nowhere at the top level on the app did it say what the conditions were.
It has taken me an hr to use @Skyscanner after @Top_CashBack click through. SS app won’t attract £back but TCB will disappear off your screen if you have to walk away from yr phone for anything. Hit/miss if you have to start from @Top_CashBack screen - then yr data goes AWOL
@Top_CashBack It’s disappeared from my deck - from 28/1/26. It won’t list it but I had enquired about it within a few weeks. What are you guys up to?? It only lists the most recent date on 11/04/26x The very minimum is to have the logs of messages exchanged . Appalling behaviour.
@Skyscanner Made two buys from Topcashback click through. Late Jan and mid April. Checked back and now cannot even see the holding “we’ve asked retailer to verify” message. Gaslighting as if I made no transactions at all.
@Top_CashBack Still waiting for two buys from @Skyscanner to appear on my deck. I know if i jump through the hoops - it’ll still claim that they’re awaiting retailer confirmation. I’m about to check out other cashback apps as @Top_CashBack looks like a ponzi scheme.
Is @ladbible a stickler for remix of clips? Just asking as a remix is allowed and - my offence? - I posted a question/remark on Daniel Radcliffe’s testing of Clamato juice? IG suggested it was obscene?
@Top_CashBack Did not know when I signed up there was an annual fee for cashback - which you’re going to deduct from anything earned - makes me think @Top_CashBack is somewhat shady+ less than upright. Then there’s the minimum to be withdrawn - which is reduced by “membership fee”? Convenient
@Top_CashBack Three months since my January claim - logged into my account and it still says “awaiting retailer”. This is absolutely moving at a snails pace - like pulling teeth or filing an EU 261 claim. I have had nothing since last year’s cashback - which I had to chase for even then!
@Top_CashBack Not convinced. Filed missing claim from February. It’s been in process since then. Chasing update end of March. Told it could take 90 days??? Using pigeon post??
Replying by bot to say: “stove top and ventilator” doesn’t answer question unless the hotel is expressly going to include free deep clean for any mess made by the guests whilst attempting to use a stove top without the provision necessary appliances, cutlery, glass and cookware.
@Top_CashBack Cannot get DM option. I now have 3 flights: Feb, Mar & now April - none of which have appeared on my dashboard despite the constant crashes that using @Top_CashBack app causes. Not getting either the cashback or tjr points from trip is pushing me towards another app.
@trainpal_go Why does your app feature trains that are not on trainline? Or indeed your parent company @trip?? Been enquiring as to why the usual 21:30, 22:30 and 23:30 Liverpool St to Norwich trains seem to have been replaced only by 21:00 and 22:00 according to yr site? Delulu?
@DkwonMark@greateranglia REPEAT-but night i’m due back-last 3 trains are 20:00, 21:00 and 22:00 (thereafter there’s some weird 7hr journeys listed). But if 21:30, 22:30+23:30 aren’t listed anymore - does that mean no more policy? OR does it mean (pragmatically) it gets shifted last 3 on eve in question?
@greateranglia Can you confirm if last 3 train fr Liverpool St back to Norwich will have usual flexibility of being carried to next one or two that night. Have a trip abroad in June +returning mid July; just noticed that 22:00 is the last train but 21:00 might be too tight fr LHR
@Trip@greateranglia@PLUSBUS_UK June last year - Haikou hotel boasted of free drinks, snacks, fruit etc+duty free shopping vouchers. At hotel - barely had tea and certainly no other drinks or snacks;when I asked about the govt promoted CDF vouchers (supposedly available at all CDF) - they said: this mall only!!

At hotel - driver told me it wasn’t despite the English description. Yr PKX staff agreed and would feedback above. I’m still out of pocket for this extra ¥ 1 mth on!!
@Trip@greateranglia@PLUSBUS_UK The @Trip chatbot merely repeats the hotel blurb on each request. One occasion - it said that having a kitchen listed did not mean it included any appliances!?
Why is there no email address for hotel so the question can be raised in black+white? The chatbot repeats phone number!
@Trip@greateranglia@PLUSBUS_UK Can @trip get its hotel listings checked out properly? I checked the apartments & homestay and kitchen boxes. Resulting hotels claim to have a kitchen BUT there is only a mini-island above a small fridge and an extractor hood - however no hob, oven, microwave, pans or crockery?!
