We're proud to celebrate FTF Board member Dr. Christian Osmeña as an honoree of the 2025 Phoenix Business Journal's 40 Under 40. Dr. Osmeña was selected from a pool of 374 nominees as an outstanding Valley executive and entrepreneur making a mark in the industry.

Dr. Osmeña is the vice president for enterprise planning at Arizona State University, where he leads financial planning and analysis to support the long-term growth of the ASU Enterprise. He is also a professor of practice in the School of Public Affairs in the Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions.

He has been an FTF Board member since 2021, responsible for ensuring that Arizona’s early childhood funds are spent on services that help our state’s young children be healthier and start kindergarten ready to succeed.

The Arizona Early Childhood Development and Health Board consists of nine members appointed by the Governor and approved by the state Senate. Join us in congratulating Dr. Osmeña!
