@Mayor_Mojo Maximum occupancy is settled. What we’re discussing is partial occupancy and what that will look like for the 26 season. There are a lot of factors that go into that and further complicating the issue is the fact that the self storage facility is being built under the concourse.

@Mayor_Mojo There have certainly been delays on that front caused by a host of external and internal unforeseen events. It’s a complex project that ran into zoning, subdivision, bank and internal investment restructuring complications. The fan base will have to make their own assessments.

@Mayor_Mojo Because it’s not our call. Facility occupancy is ultimately the decision of the Authorities having Jurisdiction and we can’t make those determinations for them. This is a fluid situation that changes daily as crews complete work. We also have to consider the fan experience.
