Due to the recent precipitation and forecasted freezing temperatures, all Cape Henlopen schools will be delayed 2 hours tomorrow morning, January 22, 2024.
Due to the predicted weather forecast and the possibility of poor road conditions, the Cape Henlopen School District will be closed today, Friday, January 19.

There will be no additional delays or changes to the schedule this morning. If you are driving this morning, please do so safely!
All Cape schools are delayed 2 hours tomorrow morning. We will reassess again in the morning and determine if the two-hour delay was sufficient, or if a cancellation is necessary. Tomorrow morning’s communication will occur at or before 7:30 a.m. There is no A.M. Pre-K.

Due to a water main break in the town of Milton, which has resulted in no water in either Milton Elementary or H.O. Brittingham, we will be dismissing MES and HOB at 1:00PM. ALL after-school activities have also been canceled. Students will be served lunch before they leave.
