Letitia James, the AG of New York, and Dr. Betty Rosa, the commissioner of education, have just released guidance on August 9th, 2023 that explicitly threaten schools in New York that if they prohibit curriculum under the "pretext" of lewdness, inappropriateness, or obscenity, it is likely "unlawful."

They are saying the quiet part out loud.

Not only is the AG threatening legal action if you take obscene materials out of the curriculum, she is threatening school for not INCLUDING them in the curriculum.

This is a war on parents' ability to safeguard their children.
