Today @CivilAirPatrol airmen in NH conducted training operations for post-disaster aerial damage assessments, launching 5 aircraft to conduct photography sorties.

These exercises help CAP to provide federal & state partners w/a broad spectrum of air & ground response options.

@CivilAirPatrol NCOLS teaches cadets tools to build and lead teams, and grow firm foundations for more senior leadership roles w/curriculum based on CAP & military leadership techniques. NCOLS includes more than 45 hours of classroom training, practical exercises, and high-adventure activities.

.@CivilAirPatrol Cadets from across New England arrived this week at Pembroke Regional Training Institute for Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership School.

From February 26 through March 6, these cadets will be engaged in hands-on, practical leadership training.
