this WHITEBOARD explainer just leveled up.
now it's a real person standing at the board, lip-synced, actually writing while she talks
her eyes stay on the board the whole time she's mid-stroke, only glancing at the camera between marks. that one detail is what makes it read as a real person teaching something instead of an avatar reciting lines
quick workflow:
- lock the actor once, straight-on with a blank board, camera perpendicular so nothing keystones
- write the dialogue as one continuous script, split into clips with word-for-word timestamps matched to each stroke
- a gaze rule keeps her eyes on the board mid-write, camera only between strokes
- frame-chain each clip's last frame into the next, lock the board state explicitly so nothing gets redrawn
- when chaining voice across clips, lock accent and pitch only, forbid repeating dialogue, or the next clip quietly re-says lines already spoken
took a few failed attempts to get the board angle, the gaze, and the voice chaining all working together without breaking each other

skeleton style ads are the easiest scroll stop in ecom
this whole 40 second ad is ONE generation
the tool i use takes the product once and plans the angle and every scene, so there's no jumping between 5 apps or stitching clips
a creative team would charge $500-1,500 for this and take a week
keeping one character the same across every scene is where other tools fall apart
the setup i use builds him once before a single frame gets made
i'm giving away the whole system:
> 60s+ skeleton ads from one generation
> the claude prompt that writes the angle for you
> naming the product so every scene is built on it
> turning one script into 10 variations
rt + comment "SKELETON" and i'll send it

pixar style ads are the easiest win in ecom right now
this whole 50 second ad is ONE generation
the tool i use takes the product once and builds the angle and every scene from there, no bouncing between 5 apps or joining clips myself
a creative team would charge $500-1,500 for this and take a week
the hard part used to be keeping the same character from scene to scene, which is where other tools fall apart
the setup i use locks him before a single frame gets made
i'm giving away the whole system:
> 60s+ pixar ads from a single generation
> the claude prompt that picks the angle first
> the product naming trick that builds scenes around it
> spinning one script into 10 variations
rt + comment "PIXAR" and i'll send it

yeah, different angle:
this ad took less than 5 minutes to make
a brand could easily pay $500+ for something like this
i built a framework that turns a product into:
> hooks
> scripts
> scenes
> image prompts
> animation prompts
> voiceovers
basically the whole creative process in one prompt
the interesting part isn’t making one ad
it’s being able to make 20 different versions before lunch
Like + comment “500” and i’ll send the tutorial + skill
