@RepDonBeyer @MarkWarner A $40 increase hardly seems worth the trouble of a pay raise for dedicated civil servants. I even went to a cheaper health insurance option. If I would have kept the same health insurance my pay would have decreased with this pay raise.

The 2025 annual pay raise for federal employees only ended up being $40 more in my paycheck. It was countered by the increased cost of health insurance. That definitely does not feel like a pay raise.
