Attackers used to take months to weaponize a vulnerability. Now it takes minutes. Most security stacks are still built for the old timeline.
We just built one for the new one: the AI Center for Cyber Defense. It brings together security leaders from ServiceNow, @ArmisSecurity, and @vezainc around one mission: Shift Zero. Not faster patching. No backlog to patch in the first place.
That's the real dividing line in security right now: prevention before the fact, not remediation after.

ServiceNow is a Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ Leader for IT Service Management Platforms.
Most IT organizations don't need more tools. They need one source of truth. Unified data. Full context.
When that happens: @KHAN_BANK cuts incident resolution from days to minutes. @Griffith_Uni boosts first-contact resolution by 43%. @MindsprintGlobl closes tickets 57% faster. This is what service delivery looks like when IT has the information it needs.

@StockOptionCole So the question many asked was, where is the business value in this ai infrastructure buildout. Followed by sell off. Successful ai saas took off. Where are the smart money heading now?
Thoughts on $NOW & more…
I’m ready to give my opinion on $NOW earnings. Let’s just admit that it was a pretty good quarter all around and nothing happed (or didn’t happen), it was business as usual (as it should be). They are growing fast, executing properly, and doing almost exactly what management told you they would do 90 days ago.
So what actually happened over the last 90 days? To be honest, a whole lot of nothing. We got narratives, emotions, distractions, SaaS apocalypse talk, arguments about who is disrupting who, and endless opinions pretending to be analysis. And also the stock bounced around a bit as $NOW became “amazing at $120” and “crap at $90”. When in reality nothing changed.
Businesses do not change really fast, narratives do. The truth is that a lot of people got seduced and influenced by hype, fear, greed and noise. It has only been 90 days since the “big drop”, and almost nothing fundamental has changed.
One of the greatest advantages you can have as an investor is simply operating on a longer time horizon than everyone else. While the crowd is trying to predict the next quarter, you’re trying to understand the next decade. Those are two completely different games that require two completely different mindsets, and quite frankly completely different EVERYTHING!
Yes, they just completed a huge acquisition and now they are integrating it. Purchased intangible amortization increased materially, stock based compensation increased, and margins came under some pressure. That does not mean the underlying business suddenly broke.
The market has an incredible ability to convince you that the last 90 days matter more than the previous 10 years. It doesn’t because long term wealth is usually created by correctly understanding long term economics, not by perfectly interpreting every quarterly headline.
Everyone is so zoomed in on this microscopic point in time that is largely irrelevant to the long term outcome. Have we learned nothing from Nick Sleep? What happened to destination analysis and thinking about where the business is actually going?
Narratives are seductive because they make us feel informed. They give us the comforting illusion that every price movement has a profound explanation. Most of the time they’re simply stories invented after the fact to justify emotions that already existed.
The market produces an endless stream of information but very little insight. Most of what crosses your screen every single day will have almost no bearing on what a business earns 5 or 10 years from now. Learning what to ignore is every bit as valuable as learning what to study.
If your conviction changes every 90 days, it probably wasn’t conviction to begin with. It was optimism disguised as conviction. Real conviction survives volatility because it is built on understanding, not on price action.
Perhaps the secret lies in my upcoming book (wink wink). In all seriousness, though, the best thing you can do for yourself is take a giant chill pill, relax, and zoom out. Whether you own $NOW or any other particular equity that tickles your pickle, everyone is way too hyped up over almost nothing.
Investors are constantly ready to pounce like a hungry tiger seeing a piece of meat. Every headline becomes an emergency, every quarter becomes a referendum, and every small change becomes a new grand narrative. That is not analysis. It is emotional overreaction pretending to be intelligence.
The stock market doesn’t primarily transfer wealth from the uninformed to the informed. It transfers wealth from the emotionally reactive to the emotionally disciplined. The greatest investors are rarely the ones with the highest IQ. More often than not, they’re simply the ones with the longest attention span and the strongest temperament. That’s why investing is more stomach than brain.

Nearly all 50 U.S. states are now putting AI to work with ServiceNow.
The State of Hawaii launched a shared enterprise AI platform in just six weeks. The City of Raleigh, North Carolina cut service desk costs by 66%—no in-house AI engineering team required. Washington, D.C. is targeting 60% faster processing on grants.
The throughline: governed AI, built for government-grade security, keeping people in the loop as agencies scale.

Everyone's talking about what AI can do. We're showing what it actually does.
We power over 100 billion workflows and trillions of transactions for our customers. That's not hype—that's governance, orchestration, and control at scale.
ServiceNow: the rules, the rails, the control tower. Where potential becomes payoff. Our Q2 results back it up. Full story here. 👇 https://t.co/ULPRodHP7F
.@LeidosInc has trusted ServiceNow for 10+ years. Now they're expanding that partnership by advancing the ServiceNow AI Platform across IT, HR, and shared services for its 50,000 employees.
When you're managing national security workflows at scale, AI governance isn't optional. AI Control Tower will give Leidos more visibility and control—orchestrating agents across FedRAMP environments while keeping compliance, auditability, and security posture intact.
The projected impact: $3M+ in annual savings from IT automation, up to 60% autonomous ticket resolution, and roughly 80K fewer routine tickets annually. That frees teams to focus on mission-critical work.

The future of cybersecurity will be driven by autonomous operations powered by AI. But getting there has been blocked by a stubborn reality: the cost and complexity of moving off legacy platforms.
That's exactly the gap @Accenture and ServiceNow are closing with today's announcement. We're launching a joint offering that brings together Accenture's cybersecurity depth and the ServiceNow AI Platform to help organizations modernize security operations from the ground up—including an AI-powered migration path off legacy platforms that cuts through the cost and complexity that has blocked so many transformation programs.
Cybersecurity should be a connected, intelligent operation that spans the entire enterprise. That's what ServiceNow and Accenture are building together.

@GrindeOptions Right after $135ish, they had a security issue which was fixed a few days later. Zacks meanwhile changed to sell rating. Delays in new middle-east deals due war. But overall, this remains one of the cleanest software names tied to actual ai monetization. DCA for me.
Our vertically integrated AI Cloud platform has arrived in Europe.
Today, IREN announced it has completed the acquisition of Nostrum Group, adding 490MW of secured power in Spain to serve global demand for AI compute.
“Europe is one of the largest and fastest-growing markets for AI infrastructure, and Spain is among its most compelling entry points, with abundant renewables and strong fiber connectivity. Nostrum gives us secured power today along with a development pipeline and a great local team we're excited to work with.” - @danroberts0101

A big part of our strategy has been building at scale, and building globally.
Today IREN has secured power and active development pipelines across Texas, British Columbia, Oklahoma, Spain, Australia, and more. Five gigawatts of secured, grid-connected capacity in total. Multiples of that coming behind it.
AI demand is global. The infrastructure layer supporting it needs to be global too. Capital and customer diversification across regions reduces concentration risk and strengthens the overall platform. Some customers care about latency. Some care about data sovereignty. Some care about renewable power. Some simply need capacity wherever it exists.
Europe is one of the largest and fastest-growing AI demand markets in the world, and it is significantly underserved from an infrastructure perspective. Asia-Pacific is home to roughly 60% of the world's population and some of the fastest-growing AI adoption on earth, with an infrastructure deficit to match. The supply simply does not exist at the scale the demand requires, and building it takes years – if you can find it.
Our Spain footprint positions us directly in the European market. Our Australia pipeline with direct submarine fibre connectivity to Japan and Singapore anchors our Asia-Pacific presence. And for customers where data residency matters, consider a company operating under GDPR: routing sensitive workloads through a Texas data centre may simply not be an option, regardless of how competitive the pricing is. Regional infrastructure may not just be a preference for those customers. It may simply be a requirement.
Nebius and @LangChain have partnered to integrate Nebius Token Factory with LangChain's Deep Agents. The integration, combined with LangChain's existing Tavily integration, gives teams building on LangChain a direct path to run agent workloads on production-grade AI infrastructure with open-source models, dedicated endpoints, real-time search, and full control over cost and data.

IREN has acquired Awaken, a creative and media agency specializing in content strategy and brand development for high-growth companies.
Senior members of the team will join IREN, including Founder and CEO Chris Parker, who will lead IREN's brand and marketing strategy.
Daniel Roberts, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of IREN, commented: “As we expand across new geographies and customer segments, brand awareness and customer engagement become increasingly important. Chris and the Awaken team have been trusted partners to IREN for some time, and bringing those capabilities in-house was a natural next step as the platform continues to scale."
