@heretostay325@kenstannie yeah and genshin released two years before ER. and these topics have been established literally since the beginning of genshin and enkanomiyas release. which was also before ER's release
@TweetingGaruga okay there are some things from ER that are basically ripped and placed into nodus, like malenia and godfrey. but the fight here with this dragon and placi are so cherry picked. the animations are not that similar the fights themselves play completely differently as-well.
@Cipher73119316@courierdition33 yeah but even then that theme has been there since the release of the game. genshin released two whole years before elden ring yet somehow genshin is the copy π
@BeelzebulDaily@courierdition33 its funny too cus genshin released two years before elden ring and them both having big tree and ancient dragon civilizations is just like. 1) a reference to Yggdrasil and 2) a very very common fantasy trope
@Landonian8@denpanopticon it's majority engagement / rage bait. that or these dumbasses that exist only to virtue signal on twitter don't actually know what they're virtually signaling about and don't realize the ultimate edition is gatekeeping like a few styles. out of probably hundreds
@catb0mb which is why he freaks out when his mom shows up, isn't proud of him and leaves. he's a complex character with a lot to him but if you don't pay attention to the dialogue it can be easy to miss. or if u skip the hangouts or side quests
@catb0mb he also is very insecure about himself and he explains in the game that he is the way he is because of his childhood, going from home to home with different fathers that would beat him but his mom always stayed with him and he always strived to impress her.
@catb0mb i mean his relationship with Michael is also very well written. they're written as a pair and every interaction they have has well written dialogue. he's a deeply loyal person to a fault and is very emotional. I simplified it but he's a lot more than JUSTcrazy. cant fit it on twt
@catb0mb gta's mission structure is probably the worst thing about the game but trevor is a fan favorite because he's crazy and it's executed super well. i get if u dont like it but that don't make it bad. it excelled at what it aimed to do
@AzureusBlaze since gta6 is being built off the back of rdr2 specifically, basically everything will be enterable, interactable, the npcs will feel much more real. idk why we're trying to act like rockstar doesn't put more effort than anyone else when it comes to being immersive
@AzureusBlaze If you genuinely think cyberpunk is a more immersive experience in terms of a city I dunno what to say bro. Cyberpunk has incredible writing and amazing art direction but the city is mostly a plastic husk you walk in. Not something you actually interact with.
@xxNieve@PaulPooper2 its 80 dollars dude its not 500 or some shit its literally ten dollars more than the market standard rn and it costs 2 billion dollars to produce and 5000+ devs why wouldnt a premium product cost more
