@mmeshep I use if available. But I still use subtitles for myself in English when I casually watch TV. If it's for practice, I think of it as an additional support!

@Larryferlazzo Utilize tech that helps auto-correct and provide instant feedback so I don't have to, also it allows kids to redo an assignment to show mastery.

I also have a framework for lessons that allows kids time to work independently and gives me time to grade/lesson plan as they work.

Easiest change I ever made was to let each kid introduce themselves every day on the first week of school.

This ensures everyone pronounces their name accurately and knows their pronouns. 😊✌️
