चुनाव आयोग ने पीलीभीत की वोटर लिस्ट में 10,470 गड़बड़ प्रविष्टियों की पुष्टि की है। दो ERO पर कार्रवाई के आदेश; तत्कालीन डीएम की जवाबदेही पर सवाल! चुनाव आयोग की निगरानी और सत्यापन व्यवस्था पर बड़ा प्रश्न चिन्ह।

13,779 फॉर्म-8 की एंट्री, एक का भी मूल रिकॉर्ड नहीं! 10,470 आवेदन मंजूर, दो तत्कालीन जिम्मेदार ERO पर कानूनी और विभागीय कार्रवाई के निर्देश; VRC ऑपरेटर की सेवा होगी समाप्त। उत्तर प्रदेश की मतदाता सूची में सामने आई गड़बड़ियों ने अब गंभीर प्रशासनिक सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी, उत्तर प्रदेश की 22 अक्टूबर की प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में खुलासा हुआ है कि पीलीभीत विधानसभा क्षेत्र संख्या 127 में 13,779 फॉर्म-8 की प्रविष्टियां की गईं, लेकिन इनमें से किसी भी प्रविष्टि से संबंधित मूल आवेदन या अभिलेख कार्यालय में उपलब्ध नहीं मिले।

जांच रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक 31 मई से 29 अगस्त 2026 के बीच ये प्रविष्टियां मतदाता पंजीकरण केंद्र के कंप्यूटर सहायक यानी VRC ऑपरेटर ने दर्ज की थीं। इनमें 10,470 फॉर्म स्वीकार किए गए और 3,309 खारिज हुए। चुनाव विभाग ने स्वीकार की गई 10,470 प्रविष्टियों में गड़बड़ी पाई है।

मामला इतना गंभीर निकला कि चुनाव विभाग ने वर्तमान के साथ-साथ पूर्व निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी (ERO) के खिलाफ भी कानूनी कार्रवाई के निर्देश दे दिए। दोनों अधिकारियों के विरुद्ध विभागीय कार्रवाई शुरू करने और संबंधित VRC ऑपरेटर की सेवा समाप्त करने का भी आदेश दिया गया है।

तत्कालीन डीएम ज्ञानेंद्र सिंह की भूमिका पर सवाल

अब इस मामले में एक और महत्वपूर्ण सवाल उठ रहा है। जिस अवधि में हजारों संदिग्ध प्रविष्टियां की गईं, उस दौरान जिला निर्वाचन प्रशासन की निगरानी और जवाबदेही किस स्तर पर थी? तत्कालीन पीलीभीत डीएम ज्ञानेंद्र सिंह की भूमिका को लेकर भी सवाल उठाए जा रहे हैं। सबसे बड़ा सवाल यही है जब हजारों फॉर्म का मूल रिकॉर्ड तक उपलब्ध नहीं था, तो इतने बड़े पैमाने पर मतदाता विवरण में संशोधन कैसे मंजूर होते रहे? और जिला स्तर पर निगरानी की व्यवस्था इस गड़बड़ी को पकड़ क्यों नहीं सकी?

चुनाव विभाग ने अब उसी VRC ऑपरेटर द्वारा 10 अप्रैल से 21 अक्टूबर 2026 के बीच दर्ज सभी फॉर्म-6 और फॉर्म-7 की भी गहन जांच कराने और 24 घंटे के भीतर रिपोर्ट देने का निर्देश दिया है।

पीलीभीत की मतदाता सूची में 10,470 गड़बड़ प्रविष्टियों की पुष्टि के बाद सवाल सिर्फ कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर और दो ERO तक सीमित नहीं है। सवाल पूरी चुनावी निगरानी व्यवस्था की जवाबदेही का है।
