@spycrowsoft@lauriewired@ID_AA_Carmack I'm not sold on this.
You have all of the visual information needed to plan out half a second in advance. Input lag is just something you need to calibrate for but by no means should it limit your ability to play at that level.
If it does you're probably not reading the queue.
@spycrowsoft@lauriewired@ID_AA_Carmack It's not about the speed of the game, it's about the observable effect of your input lag.
It's still quantized down to individual frames on a hypothetical perfect no lag 60Hz LCD TV. Even CRT would do this.
@spycrowsoft@lauriewired@ID_AA_Carmack 60 Hz display refresh is 16.7 ms. 50 Hz is 20 ms.
Unless you're playing on 80 Hz or higher I'm not sure how you'd observe a 12.5 ms difference.
@papaG62471341@Cele_briX@pureMetatron You can't demand common decency and yourself still be commonly decent.
Also learn to spell check. I literally read that as "conmen" several times before I realized what you were attempting to say to me.
@EricFrandemo@BaronDestructo@tuvya68@gauge105@spetsnaz9999xy They assumed viewers would continue watching SyFy in the same time slot and so whatever show they replaced it with would get a boost in initial ratings, which can translate into significant gains long term because of word of mouth.
@SandyofCthulhu@japan_nobunaga It's fine if you wash your eggs and they're fresh.
Just don't get the outside on the inside. That's how the salmonella gets ya.
@tuuu28283 I remember them fondly from my childhood, but now it's legitimately awful. Their donuts are stale and their food is just typical fast food.
But I guess they're really popular in the southeast. I have no idea why.
@tigheklory@redbull Oh! Good. I started drinking that shit only after they switched, apparently.
I hate that I need this swill to function now. Getting old sucks ass.
It is a crime to pay or offer money (or anything of value) to influence how someone votes.
Federal: 18 U.S.C. § 597 prohibits expenditures to get a person to vote for/against a candidate (fine or up to 2 years if willful). 52 U.S.C. § 10307(c) bars paying/offering payment for voting in federal elections (up to 5 years).
California: Elections Code § 18310 makes paying/receiving consideration to reward voting for a candidate a felony (16 months–3 years). § 18107.5 criminalizes payments to induce voting or registration.
The conduct in the video matches these prohibitions.
