@HM_Passport Up to 10 weeks????? So why are thousands waiting 13, 14, 15, 16 weeks. They apply, send their documents, they are signed for but you dont acknowledge this for weeks and then the 10 weeks begins. Moving the posts to suit yourselves. Stop lying and just say you don't know how long!

@HM_Passport Currently on week 9. I am over 100% confident that ai will be added to the statistic of the thousands that have gone past the 10 week maximum time. "Identity details received" since April 26th. Anyone actually had theirs approved between weeks 9 & 10???

@HM_Passport Up to 10 weeks. UP TO!!!!! Not minimum or at least......UP TO!!! This clearly states that 10 weeks is the maximum waiting time.

@HM_Passport There are other reasons besides holidays that people may need their passports. If you can't turn around in 10 weeks then don't keep saying you can, this is false advertising. I need mine now as proof of my right to work as my employer has asked for it. It is getting ridiculous.

@HM_Passport Stop telling people to allow up to 10 weeks. If you are lucky you will get it back but 10 weeks is not a guarantee and it is looking like less of a liklihood at the moment. It is a raffle, no first come first serve, no date order and no answers.

@HM_Passport Start processing applications from those that applied earlier before the new ones. All of my family applied 3 weeks ago and are printing, mine is in week 9. Why are recent and less urgent applications being processed first?

@HM_Passport Come on @HM_Passport let's get our priorities right. Applied on 26th April and still at identity details received stage. Family all applied 3 weeks ago and are all being printed. Start clearing the backlog now for those that did apply with more that 10 weeks until travel.

@passportwaiting I applied on April 26th and mine went to processing now back to Identity details received and been like that since may 4th. Family applied 3 weeks ago and have all had theirs approved. Mine seems to be just sat there not being looked at. Passport webchat cant give an answer.

Protesters block up the M25, vehicles sit waiting and producing up to twice the emissions they would be if they were moving. All in the name of the environment. Peaceful protests are one thing, protests that do nothing but obstruct & achieve the opposite of your aim.....ok then.

5 members of my family including me now isolating after receiving positive PCR tests despite all lateral flow tests being negative every day. Seriously if you are in any doubt get a PCR as it is obvious lateral flow tests are not a sure thing. #covid #covidisolation #getapcr
