@Syber_Sensei@NikTek My argument wasn't about Remedy. It was about gaming journalists and influencers not showing even 10% of the journalistic outrage that this situation requires. The biggest piece of entertainment media ever made in all of human history and 40% of gamers can't directly access it.
@Paridyz@stupidtechtakes That's not entirely correct. On your device, it is indeed still a webp, but most social media apps (95% of use cases) handle the incorrect extention just fine because they actually process the image on the server, handling conversion and decompression before finalizing upload.
@d3m1xox@wazzapzowski@l0st0nplut0@thugwontmiss Genuinely stfu. Who are you to say what all men are for and against? You are everything that's wrong with contemporary feminism, which was once actually a movement for women's rights and equality, not to tell women it's okay to strip themselves of their dignity for a few bucks
@d3m1xox@wazzapzowski@l0st0nplut0@thugwontmiss Why do you, a woman, insist on this notion that objectifying women for money is fine? You are calling men who are against this objectification "limited iq idiots", take some time to reflect on yourself
@LHibAlt@SenArmstrongUSA Jesus if all it took is 3 strong fighters to kill Homelander then the ENTIRE show and all the building is fucking pointless l, but I guess your small Fortnite brain is not capable of nuanced critique so it's fine.
@Wario64 I love the Remedy Connected Universe it is my favourite work of fiction ever, but don't get me wrong: the accessibility is very limited compared to other games. It's very much an acquired taste and Remedy needs much work to make sure their games appeal to more types of people.
@snowmistspiders@JamesCanaryII Saying "Can't understand" to something that is perfectly understandable doesn't give you your comfortable comeback, it just makes you look stupid
@WillBenjamin83@Pirat_Nation At the end of the day, the client will store the JWT anyway. What matters is how you're challenged to get the JWT, not where it is stored, and the challenge provided by passkeys is much much more secure than phishable emails and passwords.
@WillBenjamin83@Pirat_Nation You are not aware that email-password JWTs are stored on-device in environments like cookies, Keychain and Keystore which are much less secure than the dedicated hardware chip used to store passkey ECDSA private keys? Are you sure you're a programmer?
