This week we launched our grade 4's First Nations and Early Explorers unit. On Monday we had soap stone carving and today we participated in The Blanket exercise. The Blanket exercise went very well and had our students feeling very emotional and left with lots of questions.

Living in Asia, I was never introduced to Growth Mindset. After a long four days of getting to know my students, I introduced them to the Growth Mindset and I am hoping to see through out the year their switch from a fixed to a growth mindset.
