@CarloCalenda Complimenti, davvero @CarloCalenda.
Temo si allineeranno in pochi ai suoi toni che, per altro, spero mantenga il più possibile, anche qui, su questi spazi dove arriva di tutto e spesso in modo tristemente sguaiato
@MrNightwood@bweber35@FellowshipFans I respect your interpretation, but not your insinuation. I have read the Silmarillion several times. I would maintain a respectful discussion. Melian is a Maia and belongs to the race of the Valar, as written by Tolkien himself.
@MrNightwood@bweber35@FellowshipFans Yes I read it, I also literally quoted The Silmarillion which talks about the race of the Valar and says that Melian is part of this race. I don't think there is anything else to say, it's very clear to me. What Adar says is correct in my opinion
@MrNightwood@bweber35@FellowshipFans It doesn't change the meaning at all, it's written in the Silmarrilion, she is part of the race of the Valar. "You are of the Valar" means that she is part of that race, because Valar is the race to which she belongs. I don't agree with your interpretation, but I respect it.
@MrNightwood@bweber35@FellowshipFans Means she’s one of the race of the Valar, as Adar said “…of the Valar”, same meaning. Melian of (the race of) the Valar.
