2007 - PCEA Church buy Giriama Hotel and rename it Milele Beach Hotel.

- Using the hotel as security, they secure a Ksh 811M loan from NBK to upgrade it & build luxury apartments for sale.

- PCEA Church fail to build the apartments to completion.

2016-Bank wants to recover it's LOAN by selling the Hotel b/c the church has only repaid 82M outta 811M Loan

2019 - Church sends word to it's congregants about the auction, holds harambees nationwide and raise Ksh 430M to offset the LOAN

-Church uses the mulla to pay pastor SALARIES.

2024- NBK places the hotel under Receivership

2026- Church launches Operation Okoa Milele Beach Hotel and asks you to save them because when you Give to Milele you give to God.
