@virginmedia Hi, had a phone conversation on 26 April where cancellation of broadband (happening today) and final bills of £21 (13 May) and £11.30 (13 June) were confirmed. Have just had an email saying next bill is £42.26, due to come out as d/debit on 13 June. Please help…

Discovered I’m still highly allergic to Craig David. He was mewling over the airwaves at Co-op FM. Immediately had a severe seizure in the pasta bakes aisle and was whisked straight to casualty. What a start to the week.

Have been in all morning. No one came this morning. Bizarrely, have just had a separate RM delivery of another parcel arrive ok. I’ve now redirected to near my work for Monday but what the hell?!…

@virginmedia Evening. Can anyone offer a reasonable explanation, other than a stock response, as to why I’m getting stiffed with a TWENTY FIVE percent price hike in May? Rising costs yaddayaddayadda. We all gots them, and yet we ain’t getting pay rises to cover it. Thanks a bunch
