@Citibank worst customer experience once again. Direct transfer was denied. Called fraud dept and they verified me. Tried to send it again, denied again. Rep said it would go through in 1-2 hours. They lied. I may need a new bank

@TogosSandwiches 1 of 2 worst customer service at 1683 Hollenbeck Ave, Sunnyvale Ca 94087. Soda machine was not working so I was told to grab a bottle instead for the daily special. Went to checkout and I had to ask if it was the same price. No, it’s more.
