@sashindnj @ActusDei Yes, major issues. It's not an easy process if you're predecessors passed away intestate. And the process of creating a will has also been made complicated with the Person writing the will having to go to the sub registrar office and get it registered in their presence.

@apeksha02 Agreed, but I think MB offers those features but the brokers dont use it. There is no verification or interference from MB. Brokers on MB simply paste basic stuff (sometimes even that is incorrect just to lure people into contacting them)
