Update: @IndiGo6E's DMs are a brush-off. They claim I "accepted" a resolution, but I only took the ₹2k voucher on their staff's word that I could reopen if repairs failed. 3 shops say it's IRREPARABLE. Bag cost ₹11.1k; ₹2k is a joke.
