Paul Skenes was driving down Perry Highway in Wexford just past seven o’clock Monday night when the Pirates superstar pitcher made a pit stop. It was a Little League field.
Skenes signed autographs for over two hours, connecting with Pittsburgh's next generation.

We were absolutely floored by the millions of you that watched us make silly water sillouettes on our driveway last summer. We are starting out the summer the only way we know how, and this time it’s all about movies! What else do you want to see? We have a whole summer ahead, a driveway and a hose. The possibilities are endless!!!
There is no corroborating evidence Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford ever met. All four people who Ford said were at a party where the alleged assault occurred, including her close female friend, said there was no such party. The close friend also said she didn’t believe Ford’s story, and that she told the FBI Ford’s allies threatened her with a smear campaign if she refused to lie and confirm it.

Dear @WhiteHouse, my name is Rodney Smith Jr., founder of Raising Men & Women Lawn Care Service in Huntsville, Alabama. Through our 50 Yard Challenge, over 6,000 kids across the country have signed up to mow free lawns for the elderly, disabled, veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and single parents. With America celebrating its 250th birthday this year and me also being born on July 4th, I wanted to humbly ask if a few kids from our program and myself could travel to Washington, D.C. to help mow the White House lawn for this historic celebration.
More than anything, I want these kids to see how a simple act of service something as ordinary as mowing a lawn for someone in need can lead to extraordinary places. What better lesson in community service than showing them that helping others can take them all the way to our nation’s capital? I’d also love to bring my American flag-themed mower in hopes that the President might sign it, so I can later auction it off and donate 100% of the proceeds to a nonprofit supporting veterans. It would be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to highlight the importance of service, patriotism, and the impact young people can have when they choose to make a difference. 🇺🇸
You know I love the prequels (sorry not sorry) but the biggest plot hole in all of Star Was occurs in Attack of the Clones.
Obi-Wan learns that Jango Fett is trying to assassinate Padme, and that he is the model for all the clones. He later sees Jango Fett at the arena alongside Dooku. Yet he never informs Mace Windu (who kills Fett) and the rest of the Jedi Council that the guy genetically responsible for all the clone troops is aligned with the separatists. You'd think they'd all be highly suspicious of the Clone Army upon discovering this!
Similarly, it was crazy reckless and stupid for Dooku to hang out with Jango Fett in public. He wants to keep that relationship a secret, lest the Jedi question the Clone Army. It's like he put Palpatine in his cell phone as "Actually Darth Sidious LOL" or something.
