@politicalmath I bought a modem separately, used an old router, and an 8 port Unifi PoE switch with two Unifi Ap-AC LITE access points. Works great for my house. Handles three desktops, a plex server, two laptops, and a dozen wireless devices.

@Tom10846 Yes. That's pretty much how it's been for the last 30 years.

@remi_creative Also, something else to consider especially if you are going to use larger files in Git (Blend, PSD, etc), there is Git LFS. I think GitHub has it, so does Gitea.

@remi_creative Gitlab is just as good, VLC hosts their projects with Gitlab if I'm not mistaken. I personally like to use a private Gitea instance on my own server.
