Definitely if a parent buys these items for under 16 kids, they should be charged & fined. Over 16 they are responsible for their actions. As for banning e-bikes & e-scooter they should not be, because of parents stupidity. It shouldn’t ruin the fun for the people who do follow the rules

I’m sure they looked at the ages of these poor kids. And who paid for these e-Scooters/Bikes and how the kids were trained to use them safely. It comes down to one simple fact were they mature enough to be riding these things responsibly and safely and should the parents have had gotten them for their kids
