@redBus_in has been not even looking into the issue even after a whole day , I had a bus booked from Bengaluru to sandur with Go Tours and Travels , the bus broke down at 1am and they never arranged an alternative bus even after 1.5hrs of trying to fix , then the driver said....
@redBus_in The driver said you guys have to look after your own alternatives , the @redBus_in customer support says we can't help with the issue and left us all abandoned at 2am middle of nowhere
Had a very unpleasant experience with @Swiggy today, they show the ETA to be 30mins and after 1hr of placing order still the food isn't delivered and the order gets cancelled and ask me to wait again on the replacement order
The customer service also is very irresponsive.
Is this the level at which a major e-commerce player conducts their business ?
Even their customer support @flipkartsupport is pathetic, when asked they just hang up on us or end the chat saying it's resolved without any investigation or need to help
Pathetic delivery infrastructure of @Flipkart , the package is available in the nearest hub and the delivery is getting delayed since the last 4 days , when I connect with the delivery agent he says "if you want the package come to the hub and collect it yourself or pay for fuel"
@redBus_in It was a sheer mistake or communication between @redBus_in and the travel agency , other people who booked through @abhibus got in , but just my ticket was cancelled ,

Really disappointed with @redBus_in customer care and policies,
Had a booking from Goa to Bengaluru tonight at 18:00 , the operator cancelled the ticket for a random reason in the last moment and redbus allows to do so , since it was last moment cancellation..
I had no other buses available and had to stay back in Goa for another night , take a leave for Oct 7th with great difficulties due to commitments made ,
And when I try to reach out to @redBus_in customer care all I get is :
@Lenskart_com But the quality analysis team themselves called me and asked for alternative product ID so that they can compensate the old product which didn't pass the quality check, escalation desk confirmed the same , still got the bad quality product delivered and now no one responds (2/2)
Had some pathetic experience with @Lenskart_com , placed an order for an eyeglasses and sunglasses few days back , talked to customer care for several days regarding the issue yet they tend to ignore all the claims , @specsmakersopt are way better in terms of customer service
@Lenskart_com I hope I get the call back from the customer service soon , there was issue with the quality check of the sunglasses and still they handed over the failed product to me at store , store says we deliver what ever we receive (1/2)
