This is what the FBI was trying to investigate but was ordered to stand down and SHUT DOWN all investigations which then allowed the Clinton Foundation to operate a "Pay to Play" political bribery and money laundering operation without the fear of being indicted.

The email investigation, and the Clinton Foundation investigation were both shut down while at the same time trying to go after Trump for false, made-up charges. This is the weaponization of the DOJ and a two-tiered justice system.

- DOJ’s Early Sabotage: By February 2016, the DOJ signaled refusal to support the investigation, with New York prosecutors stonewalling by August.
