@FrankGi72878223 @TrafficPortland On my car, the fog lights automatically turn OFF when I turn high beams on. Makes sense, if you are in fog you should not be using high beams. In theory, fog lights are low to ground which makes them effective in fog and keeps them below the line of sight of oncoming drivers.
