Claims that 11 of Air India’s 26 Boeing 787-8 aircraft are grounded are factually inaccurate.

Of these aircraft:
✈️ 3 are undergoing retrofit to bring refreshed cabin interiors and an upgraded experience to customers
✈️ 4 are in scheduled maintenance (C-check/D-check)
✈️ 1 is undergoing regular line maintenance
✈️ 1 is scheduled to fly back to India
✈️ 2 are in service.

Planned maintenance or upgrades are not the same as "grounded aircraft".

For accurate information, please rely only on official Air India channels.
